How listings are ordered

Agencies on a Featured plan (including the founding offer) pay to be shown first on their city page and are marked "Featured". Paid placement is advertising. It is not a rating, a review or an endorsement of the care an agency provides. After Featured agencies, listings are ordered the same way whether or not an agency pays.

We may also receive compensation when families contact providers through the site. Families should check an agency's licence, services and prices directly before hiring.

Questions

What happens after I pay?

A person checks your agency's license with the state registry (Texas HHSC or Colorado CDPHE). Then your listing is pinned to the top of its city page with a "Featured" badge, and we email you the link. If we can't verify the license, we cancel and refund you in full.

How do I cancel or change my card?

Use "Manage billing" on your thank-you page, or sign in to billing with the email you paid with. You are not charged again, and your placement ends when the paid month runs out.
